Grandma's Birthday

Yesterday was Grandma Diane's birthday, she turned 55!!! And Devin turned 18 months. We went over to her house for supper. I would have cooked her something or we would have gone out to eat, but I have a VERY sore back and have a really hard time moving. So, we went for supper and Devin was able to play with Grandma for awhile. Here Devin is playing with Grover (who plays music) which he use to be really scared of. But since watching his cousins play with him, now Grover is fun to dance with.
All of the grandparents better watch out because I am on a mission to have lots of photos of Devin with his grandparents before it is too late. I want to capture as many memories as I can.
Happy Birthday Mom!!!!!
On the flicker page I uploaded a movie clip of Devin dancing with Grover. He's got some really good moves. Some day I think he is going to be a dancer, but don't tell Ben!

Fire station

On Sunday, we thought a little outing would help Devin feel a little better. The Firemen had a breakfast at the fire station. After we ate, Devin and I went on a fire truck ride. He wasn't too sure about it at first, but once we got going he was ok.
Devin and Chloe on the back of a fire truck. I think Devin really likes Chloe!!

After three days of a sick little boy, Sunday he finally felt better. He still took a lot of naps and rested on my lap, but he wasn't throwing up anymore. He went to day care on Monday and things seem well. he is not eating as good as he normally does, but he is eating something. Hopefully we can all stay healthy at our house now.

Christmas with Grandma O'Reilly

On Saturday we had Christmas with my mom, Patrick, Robin, Alexis, and Austin. They came over from Jackson on Friday night because the weather was going to be not the best on saturday. And for a change the weather man was right, it snoed again and the wind picked up and starting blowing the snow. We had a good time just hanging around the house and watching Patrick and Alexis outside in the cold.

After an afternoon nap for the kids and supper, we "finally" (in Alexis' mind) got to opening presents. Devin hasn't been feeling that well, so the idea of people and presents in a small around didn't go over to well. He opened one present and that was it. Once Ben moved him to the other side of the room he seemed to be a little better.

We were able to get a few photos in front of the christmas tree.
