Snack Dance

This is Devin's snack dance. All of the sudden in the last few weeks this is how he asks for a snack in the evenings. It is too cute, I just had to share with everyone.

This is too much snow

Last week after yet another snow storm, Ben had plowed a path on the side of the house for the guys that are working on the cable. So, of course I had to get pictures of Devin standing next to the big snow drifts. I can't believe how much we have. I am READY for Spring!
These are not the best photos, but you get the idea.

Alittle Boy and His Puppy

Looking for something to do

It has been a long winter and it seems to have no end this year. It is really hard to get outside with a two year old so they can run off all of the energy that they have. These pictures were taken a few week ago when Ben had to work on Saturday.
Devin was working on his jumping. He set-up his little cones all by himself and then would jump over them. He would walk around and did it again and again.
I love his face in this one!

After doing dishes, I filled the sink up with just a little water and soap, had Devin take his shirt off and then let him go. He had so much fun splashing in the water. Yes, I had water every where, but he had fun and killed a little of the boredom!

A Warm Day

Sunday was a beautiful day. We decided to go sledding around 10-10:30 and we were gone for about an hour. We walked down to the pool and went down the hill behind the pool. It was just Devin's size. After his nap (which was really short) we went outside to play again and cleaned the driveway and played with the snow. After an hour outside we headed to the Big sledding hill. He had so much fun.
Devin thought it was so much fun to throw snow at Ben and I. I love the devilish look on his face.
It was a lot of work pulling him and his shovel. We can't forget the shovel that had to go with us. And go down the hill with us. The snow at the pool was not packed down, so it was really hard to walk without falling through.
Devin throwing snow at us again. This time it was with his shovel.

Ben thought it was his turn to get pulled. So Devin tried his best, but it was a no go.

Devin and myself.

I love you dear, thanks for such a fun day!!
Devin got to go down by himself a few times. And he LOVED it. All you saw was a big smile and lots of giggles.
This was the only time he fell out and it was his first time down the hill by himself. All he did was laugh. And wanted more.
What a beautiful day!!!

One last Christmas

On Saturday we meet in Fairmont and had lunch at the Pizza Ranch with Diane, Pat & Robin and Family for one last Christmas. The kids did pretty good eating, but I think that is only because there were a group of bigger kids playing the games. After lunch they all had fun playing and running around. Devin had to have a turn to show off his skills, lucky dad and Alexis were around to help get the balls in the holes otherwise we would have been there all day.
After presents we all went swimming. The kids love jumping on the bed. Fun times for all.

Devin and Austin kicking water at each other. Devin had a lot of fun in the pool. He even would float on his back and try to swim on his tummy.
The whole group of us, minus Diane. Someone had to take the picture. Out of a couple of takes this is the best one.

One last photo before we all left. What a nice afternoon.

Open Gym

On Saturday both Ben and I took Devin to Open Gym at Little Giants. He loves the scooter car. I think he left it maybe for 5 minutes total, otherwise he was on it the whole time. He likes to ZOOM around the gym.
"Look how innocent I am!!"
