Gymnastic Fun Meet

This last fall Ben and I decided that we were going to put Devin in Gymnastics. I was a gymnast in high school and coached for many years after. I thought that it would be good for him. And he loves it. Kayla (who is his main baby-sitter) and Hayley were his coaches; which he just loves them. There were about 5 boys total ranging in age from 3 to 5 years old.

Sittin' with Hayley waiting for his turn.
He is so proud of the fact that he can walk across the beam!

Time to swing on the bars.

Nothing is better than rolling around the floor!

Easter

Easter morning Devin woke around 6:30 like any other morning. Ben was going to get up with him, but when I heard him running across the floor I figured I should get up. He was sitting on the couch and said, "the Easter bunny brought me my big bike!"

Look at that happy face!!
For lunch we went to Hi-Lo with my grandparents, mom, Pat's family, Brandon and Tim. We had a nice lunch and then headed back to my grandparent's house to hunt eggs and just hang out.
Here Devin is with his Great-grandma

Our family

Great-Grandma, Grandma and their grandkids!!

Hunting Easter eggs.

Look at me!!!

Easter egg hunt

The Saturday right before Easter, that morning we headed to Winnebago for an Easter egg hunt. They had rabbits their that kids could hold and pet. He really liked holding the bunny. Devin and the bunny got their picture in the Winnebago paper!! That is because he is soooo cute.

And we are off!!
After they were done their were a bunch of eggs in the area for the bigger kids, so Devin headed over to pick them up.

Filling his bucket.

Look at that full bucket!!

Easter Egg Coloring

Devin loves to color eggs. On the Friday before Easter, that night we got everything ready and color 18 eggs. Devin would have kept going if we had more. He was so proud of his eggs.

Here Devin and Ben are waiting for me to put everything on the table.

Devin coloring the egg before he put it in the water.

Waiting for the eggs was such a hard job.

He would keep taking them out of the fridge to look at them. If we would have let him, he would have kept with him all evening.

Our Little Superstar

This week Devin is the Superstar at Daycare. Each week they have a new child is the star student. It gives the children and their families to get to know each other. Devin is soooo excited and proud about being Superstar this week.

Alexis' Dance Recital

Last Thursday was my niece's dance recital. I am so proud of her. She did an awesome job.

My favorite little dancer!!!!

Spring

Spring is here, but where is it. We have had a handful of good/nice days in the last month. About two weeks ago Pat, Robin and the kids came for the day and we all hung out at my mom's house. We all got a little sunshine and fresh air.

Devin had to test drive the Gator and see if it was ready to go. It is still at my mom's, at least for a few more weeks. First, the grass needs to dry (well it either needs to stoop raining and snowing soon for that to happen) and second he really needs to start working on riding his bike.
Alexis really likes her quiet time with Ben or at least his phone to play games!!!

Everyone helping get the grass ready for Spring.
